In spite of (or perhaps because of…) my urge to have a kitchen the size of my current apartment, I love to cook. I also love to travel, whether it’s across the globe or on a weekend trip back home to St. Petersburg, Florida. When I grace my current location of Arlington, Virginia, with my presence, I am often found in the kitchen with my husband trying, adapting, and making up new recipes that often have global influences.
Given my dual interests in cooking and traveling, I decided to start KitchenTravel so that I could share my cooking and traveling adventures, experiences, and recipes with friends, family, and maybe even a few random people that have no idea who I am. In that case…
